v1.0.1 - Small improvements

Hello everyone! I'm here to bring an update based on players feedback. It's a small update, but here we go

NEW: Animated background in main menu;
NEW: Quit button in main menu;
NEW: Decoration in the cafeteria kitchen;
FIX: Customer will now rage normally after day ends.
